This book is a cross between a coffee-table photo book and a recipe book! It is full of full-color photos that show off their subject. It also includes step by step recipes to brewing coffee and making coffee beverages. And an in-depth look at where coffee beans are cultivated, how they are harvested, and how they are roasted..
Sadly, this book also includes recipes for alcoholic coffee beverages. Therefore we will not promote nor recommend this potentially great book.
